One of the government initiatives aiming to achieve the same levels of services of the notary public, we provide the public with services within the competency of the notary public according to law, but with exception that the services of the private notary public is and electronic one and available seven days a week and 24 hours a day by attendance or video call.

Trusted services

  • List of fees attested by Dubai Courts.
  • Office timing -Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm / Friday 8:00 am - 12:00am.
  • An extra fee of AED 1000 into the total fee of the transaction for providing Service in the weekend and public holidays.
  • An extra fee of AED 500 into the total fee of the transaction for Emergency services (requesting the services to be provided within 24 hours).

Work Mechanism :

  • Send the transaction form and attachments to the email: notary@bajlegal.com
  • The transaction will be reviewed and the client will be communicated through email or phone calls in respect of the required documents in order to insert the transaction into the electronic system.
  • After the fulfilment of requirements, the transaction will be prepared into the system, then preparing a soft form thereof sending the same by email to client’s review and approval.
  • Following the approval, we coordinate with the client to sign with the notary public.
  • After signing, the original copies will be sent to the email .

Regulatory Controls for Our Services :

  • Your application remains under final completion with us for a maximum of 30 days from the date of its submission, provided that during this period you complete our ratification requirements, including your attendance for final signature and approval.
  • A breach on your part by not complying with the time limit specified above will result in your application being considered null and void, and you will bear the administrative fees unless we receive a written notice from you before the end of the aforementioned time limit to renew it for a final period of 15 days.
  • Preparing your instruments in the legal form that is valid for attestation and approval, whereby such instruments will be checked and the reasons for their full ratification are verified, and they will be stamped with a special seal from us as a notification of the completion of the audit.
  • In return, you must obtain an approval for the final preparation of the drafting of the instrument to be ratified by virtue of a special seal and your signature, and specifying the date on which the signature will be affixed.
  • We carry out the work and accomplish our services to you honestly, carefully and professionally, relying on experienced legal specialists and competent administrators.
  • Your documents and all your instruments and the confidentiality of your transactions and consultations are preserved and surrounded by the utmost attention and confidentiality.
  • In the event that the client fails to appear on the date set for signing, after preparing the transaction, reviewing it, approval and payment of government fees, the client shall bear the full governmental and administrative fees.
