Bader Aljassmy

Mansoor Albastaki

Advocate, Counsel and Notary Public with a law degree from Dubai Police Academy in 1994. He worked in the government sector (Dubai Police) and has experience in the Arbitration of various types, human resources legislations as well as his ability to provide management consultation.

Justice Dr. Jamal Alsumaiti

he is one of the leading figures in judiciary and public prosecution in the UAE, with extensive experience in judicial and legal work. He began his judicial career in the Dubai Courts in 2005 and was appointed as Director General of Dubai Judicial Institute in 2008 until 2021. He was a Judge at Dubai Cassation Court, specialized in banking and corporate litigation, in addition to insurance and contracts.

he holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Dubai Police College, a master's degree (LLM) in international Commercial law from the University of Nottingham, and a PhD in maritime law from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom. Dr. Abdalaziz Alhati

Personal status and estates advisor, holding PhD degree in comparative jurisprudence with 35 years’ experience at Dubai Courts- Personal Status and Estates Court- Execution- family guidance (with level of senior specialist). He trained many students of UAE Universities, has contributions with Dubai Foundation for Women & Children, prepared several researches and wrote books relating to the Judiciary and Adjudication on the Absent. He is the author of Woman Testimony Between Jurisprudence and Law as well as several researches in the personal status. He also participated in several conferences, seminars and scientific courses.

Mubarak Abdelazim
